All homes are different sizes and ages, therefore the price of a full home inspection may vary due to the time spent inspecting. The inspection will take approximately 2-3 hours for an average size house that is less than 50 years old. Throughout the inspection you are welcome and encouraged to accompany me (the inspector) and ask questions. At the end of your home inspection we will discuss any issues, components or systems that require repairs or maintenance. Within 24 hrs after the inspection is complete you will receive your home inspection report directly emailed to you.

I use an infrared camera as a standard tool on every General Home Inspection. I look for electrical hot spots, moisture intrusion, Mechanical and plumbing defects, as well as other defects that could have gone undetected. Please follow my pricing chart below.

I accept cash, checks and credit cards. Payment in full is due by the day of inspection.

I use a state of the art infrared camera as a standard tool on every inspection to help find problems that aren’t apparent to the naked eye. By evaluating the images, I can detect sources of energy loss, locate areas of moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, pinpoint hot spots in the electrical system, as well as other defects that could have gone undetected. I use the camera at my own discretion and if the client desires a full scan of the home additional charges will apply.
